Shooters shoot. 🔥

Rachael finished 3rd 🥉in the pro field at Bolder Boulder in the fastest time by an American woman ever in 32:46 🫡

This was a statement race. Tactics were absolutely on point- she started in the second pack and worked her way up all race long. The roar in Folsom Field as she sprinted into 3rd was unreal.

Rachael is on an absolute tear right now, and we couldn’t be more proud. IT’S ALWAYS BEEN THERE. We love you, lady ❤️

Next up: sprinting to the airport for her brother’s wedding tomorrow 💃

A little pause in running related content to congratulate DOCTOR Taylor Bacon 🥳

Last week, Taylor defended her PhD (honestly it didn’t need much defending, her hard work and talent speak for themselves). It has been such a delight to watch taylor work so hard to achieve her goals, in both running and school. We have learned so much from Taylor and are all now huge fans of solar panels, cows, and agrivoltaics.

While earning her PhD, Taylor has competed at XC State and Nationals, multiple team races, ran the High Lonesome 100 mile race, set PR’s, helped with team events and cleanups, coached summer run camp, and much more. She truly embodies being an excellent teammate and supports the people in her life unconditionally. We are so grateful to have her in our life beyond just her brains and speed. 🫶🏼

Congrats Dr Bacon, we are so proud of you and we can’t wait to see where you go from here. The sky’s the limit ✨

Bolder Boulder race weekend is almost here!

Rachael Rudel is lining up with the pro field and ready to chase a big day for Team USA. Be sure to stick around and cheer her on- the pro women’s race starts at 11:15 a.m. If you can't be there, tune in to the Bolder Boulder YouTube channel for live coverage.

Calbert Guest and AnnMarie Kirkpatrick kick things off bright and early with their start at 6:45 a.m.

We can’t wait to join more than 50,000 runners and spectators for the biggest 10K party of the year.

Good luck to everyone running, racing, and celebrating their way to Folsom Field!

💫 Please help us welcome our newest teammate Liv Taber! 💫

started running in September 2023 after signing up for a local 5K with her best friend and has had the running bug ever since.

With no competitive running background, Liv quickly fell in love with the process of training and discovered how consistency, hard work, and the drive to become a better athlete each day could unlock goals she would never have thought possible.
Liv moved from southern New Hampshire to Fort Collins last July, 2025 - finally fulfilling her lifelong dream of living out west by the mountains.

In less than three years in the sport, Liv progressed from a brand-new runner to qualifying for the U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials with a 2:36:37 at the 2026 Boston Marathon. Throughout the journey, she also discovered a love for Colorado trail running and has plans to compete in several ultramarathons this summer.
Outside of running, Liv has been a life long skier and loves spending days on the slopes and in the backcountry. Liv also spends time taking care of (and spoiling) her retired, 22 year old horse, CC, who has been with Liv for 10 years and moved to Fort Collins with Liv. She also loves hiking and photography and can’t wait to start knocking off some 14ers this summer.

On today's episode of Conversation Pace with FRE we are getting to know Carson Hume.

We talk about how .hume.1 moved to Fort Collins in 2014 to compete for and highlights and lessons from his time there. At CSU he ran PB's of 13:58 for and 29:23 for 5k and 10k and was a scoring member on two top 10 team finishes at the NCAA Cross Country Championships.

We talk about Carson's self-supported marathon that sparked a strong affirmation of his love for running, his return to running after Haglund’s surgery, his dreams and aspirations and how running has shaped his life.

We hope you enjoy getting to know Carson more!
