"We are really excited that after 14 months without programs, we have welcomed the first 18 participants to Hiking Rocky Mountain National Park (Program #4819)! It's great seeing their enthusiasm after the tough times we all have had. Now, we can't wait to hit the trails with these eager Road Scholars and share our love of the Colorado Rockies, the National Park, and the fantastic natural wonders awaiting us."

At times swallowed in fog, sometimes sunny and clear, the top of a Colorado 14er (the term for peaks over 14,000 feet in elevation- we have 54 of them!) is its own unpredictable, wild beast. Many folks on our trips complete a life goal by reaching the summit of a 14er with us and we couldn't be prouder to be a part of their accomplishment.
