With the uptick in the implementation of artificial intelligence, it is likely the ability to talk to a real person will be near impossible. AI can take you in circles with prompts and programmed responses and terminate a call if it determines the caller doesn't respond properly. What does this all mean for the viability of our federal agencies and services?
