🚨 WE’RE HIRING: PAC PROGRAM DIRECTOR! 🚨

Pioneer Adventure Club (PAC) is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Program Director to lead our Before & After School Program!

This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position where you’ll help lead the program while also working directly with children and supporting our PAC team.

Position Details:
• $18–$22/hour
• Approximately 36–40 hours per week
• Full-time, non-exempt position
• Benefits available including PTO, health insurance, retirement benefits, and more

What You’ll Do:
• Lead the daily operations of PAC
• Supervise, support, and develop PAC staff
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Develop engaging programming and activities
• Manage scheduling, enrollment, records, payroll, and supplies
• Ensure licensing, safety, and staffing requirements are met
• Coordinate school breaks, summer programming, field trips, and special events
• Work closely with school administration and Foundation leadership

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, a strong communicator, and ready to lead a team while making a positive impact on kids and families.

Do you enjoy working with kids and making a difference? We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable staff to join our Before & After School Program for the upcoming school year.

✔️ Starting at $15/hour
