We're playing pickleball again this Thursday, Oct. 29th. 5-7pm at the FAC Sportstop. This is open to anyone -Divas and families or friends. This is not a women's only night - men are welcome. We play for fun, newbies are welcome. We have to rent the courts so there will be a small fee, usually around $6 but it depends on how many show up. We will bring extra paddles so don't let that stop you. Please post a reply if you're thinking of coming so we can get more courts if needed.

This Thursday, September 24, let's meet at the Bark Park parking lot at Thorpe Park at 5:15 p.m. ***Please note the earlier meetup time to ensure we have a good amount of daylight.*** We can run or hike up Mars Hill Trail to Observatory Mesa Trail and then back on Karen Cooper Trail, about a 5.5 mile loop. This week’s run, Thursday September 17th at 5:30, will be on the FUTS trail that includes the trail section for which the Divas are stewards. We will meet at the parking lot on the corner of Lone Tree and JW Powel.
We will start up Powell Boulevard to Fisher Point Trail. This is an out-and back- so you can pick your distance.
On our way back we will do some trail stewardship so bring a plastic bag and gloves and we'll pick up trash. Our trail section is only 0.5 miles, but its on a steep hill so some of us may be walking anyway!

This Thursday, September 10th, at 5:30pm, we will run the Griffith Springs Trail.
This is a short and pretty 1.2 mile loop trail featuring a canyon and a wetland area. You can run multiple loops changing direction for a different view of the scenic terrain. Another option to add mileage is add a section which is about 3-4 miles out and back along the creek. This is the perfect first run for new trail divas as well as seasoned trail runners. See you there!
Directions: Take 89A towards Oak Creek 2.4 miles past Fort Tuthill and you will find the trailhead and parking area on the left. There is a sign on the right side of the highway pointing towards the turn.
