Where’s Waldo? It’s in Bothell No. 47, IORG’s hands! They took it back from us in an epic battle of mummification at Galloping Gavel tonight!

Our district celebrated our leadership today in style! The girl leader of Washington Idaho Rainbow, Katie, LOVES the founder of Rainbow Reverend W. Mark Sexton. So we decided to “Suit Up with the Rev!” this classy theme was so fun to put on. The decorations were from the 20s, including pictures of the Reverend himself and all the comfort foods of Oklahoma where Rainbow was created. We love these Official Visits because people travel from all over Washington and Idaho just to see our girls shine! We want to think our special guest speakers who came to talk about the Shriners’s Children’s Hospital, which is Katie’s service project this year.

What’s better than 1 new member…? 3 new members! Tonight we welcomed Bri, Eva, and Leila into Everett Rainbow! We had a little help from our friends too. Thank you to the Grandies, other Rainbow sisters, and our Grand Worthy Advisor for helping us initiate our new Rainbow Girls!
Our Rainbow dad’s Mascot got stolen. Now we have to think up something for him to do to get it back!

Do you like SPOOOKY MONTH? Everett Rainbow girls do! We have a spooky treats table at the Nile Nightmares Haunted House in shoreline every weekend in October. Come see us and get snickerdoodles the size of your head, jolly rancher candy apples, or the most delicious pumpkin bread you’ve ever tried! All proceeds are used to take our girls to Grand Assembly each year.

Service can be done in many ways. Donating money, donating time, or even donating muscles! We helped Bulldog Haven NW get set up for their Gala tonight. It’s one of their biggest fundraisers of the year and we were more than happy to help set up tables and get them ready for a night of glitz, glam and fun!

‘One Night on Broadway’ 🎭 is Worthy Advisor Payton’s theme for this term. These are the leaders of our assembly. They will be in the staring roles teaching the rest of the ensamble cast about how to be a Rainbow Girl!

Worthy Advisor Payton’s service project this term for Everett #9 Rainbow, WAID IORG is supporting Bulldog Haven NW. Bulldogs are near and dear to her, since she has 2 Frenchies, and they have special dietary needs.

Bulldog Haven NW is low on food and is hosting a food drive through Amazon. If you would like to help support Payton’s service project, please consider shopping their wish list. It is delivered directly to them to be given to the dogs they rescue and their foster families. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1BAL21SFAXGFD?ref_=wl_share

Have you heard of Bulldog Haven NW? They help home English and French bulldogs and specialize in elderly dog care. WA Payton chose them for her service project this term. Today we had the opportunity to do some hands on service! We helped clean out and organize their storage unit. We even got to give some love to an old doggy who came to shop! Payton also presented her with a check to help their cause!

WA Payton put on a Murdery Mystery Dinner! This was no ordinary ‘Who done it’. There was mystery, intrigue, and a scavenger hunt! Thank you to the Rainbow Dad’s for cooking and serving! Sister Trader and Mr. Glassburn you are the best!
