Over the weekend, one of our board member's kiddos decided not just to run a lemonade stand and show off those entrepreneurial skills, but also to give back to the community (unsolicited at that!)

Let's allow this act of kindness to serve as a sweet reminder that philanthropy is for everyone, and that the next generation is paying close attention to the examples we set. 🙂

Please join us in giving a warm congratulations to Class 34 of Leadership Evanston! On June 4, 2026 these dedicated community members officially graduated from our signature 10-week cohort program. Together, they took a deep dive into Evanston's history, learned the inner workings of the city, connected with local leaders, and brainstormed solutions to hyper-local issues.

Thank you for Celebrating Evanston with us!!

On May 28th 2026, we gathered with neighbors, nonprofit leaders, volunteers, and community partners to uplift what makes Evanston a vibrant and resilient community.

Together, we raised funds for the Now Fund that empowers ECF to support local nonprofits, advance justice, and empower local leaders.
