Happy Saka Dawa Duchen - the fifteenth day of the fourth month in the Tibetan lunar calendar. One of the four great holy days of the Tibetan calendar, this holy day commemorates the three major life events of Shakyamuni Buddha: his birth, his enlightenment, and his parinirvana.
On Saka Dawa Duchen, karmic results are multiplied by 300 million times making it an extraordinarily precious opportunity to accumulate merit through virtuous activity of body, speech, and mind.
