Tubao La Union International Association was officially launched on December 7, 2025 on the occasion of the birthday of manong Art Milo, who is elected as the first President of TLUIA. Officers were sworn in to serve for a 3-year term. Happy birthday kuya Art and Congratulations for being the President and patriarchal leader of the Milo and Perpetua clan.
