Can we tell you about our amazing community member, Maria Baker? She bring so much light and heart to our school community!

Maria is always ready to help and serve with a smile. She has incredible communication, a positive spirit, and the kind of “jump in the hole” support that every school dreams of having. This week, she was celebrated by our amazing library aide, Crystal Jaramillo (our dynamic duo!) and our campus, for all of the support she has given to our campus library throughout the year, and we wanted to continue sharing the love!

Maria has helped with multiple library events, organizing book inventory, and so much more behind the scenes. For the PTA, she always shows up ready to work. From ticket tables and concessions to overseeing our elections, she continuously gives her time, energy, and heart to support our school community. Lastly, she has been an incredible to so many of us! We are such a lucky group to have a friend like her!

Maria, thank you for being such an amazing friend to Harvest Ridge. We appreciate you more than words can say, and we love you!

¿Podemos contarles sobre nuestra increíble miembro de la comunidad, Maria Baker? ¡Ella aporta muchísima alegría y corazón a nuestra comunidad escolar!

Maria siempre está lista para ayudar y servir con una sonrisa. Tiene una comunicación increíble, una actitud positiva y ese tipo de apoyo de “entrar al quite” que toda escuela sueña tener. Esta semana fue reconocida por nuestra increíble asistente de biblioteca, Crystal Jaramillo (¡nuestro dúo dinámico!), por todo el apoyo que le ha brindado a la biblioteca de nuestra escuela durante todo el año, ¡y nosotros queríamos seguir compartiendo el cariño!

Maria ha ayudado con múltiples eventos de la biblioteca, organizando el inventario de libros y muchísimo más detrás de escenas. Para el PTA, siempre llega lista para ayudar. Desde mesas de boletos y concesiones hasta supervisar nuestras elecciones, constantemente entrega su tiempo, energía y corazón para apoyar a nuestra comunidad escolar. Y por último, ¡ha sido una amiga increíble para muchos de nosotros! ¡Somos muy afortunados de tener una amiga como ella!

Maria, gracias por ser una amiga tan maravillosa para Harvest Ridge. ¡Te apreciamos más de lo que las palabras pueden expresar y te queremos muchísimo!

We may be a little late posting, but it’s never too late to celebrate our amazing kids!

Harvest Ridge’s Talent Show was such an awesome event. We loved seeing our students share their talents, build their confidence, and shine with the support of their families.

Our Wildcats sang, danced, performed magic, created art, and showed us just how talented they are!

A big thank you to Jacob Cullen and Mrs. Sakaria for putting together such a wonderful event for our students and families.

Join Harvest Ridge tomorrow as we celebrate Dr. McNulty Day!

Students are invited to wear a button-up shirt and bow tie as we honor Dr. McNulty and thank him for his many years of leadership, kindness, and dedication to our students, staff, and families.

As many of you know, our wonderful Assistant Principal, Dr. McNulty, is retiring this year. We are so grateful for his dedication, leadership, kindness, and the countless ways he has supported our students, staff, and families. He is truly one of a kind, and we will miss him more than words can say!

To celebrate his incredible impact and send him off in true Dr. McNulty style, we are excited to announce that Tuesday, May 19th will be Dr. Rock McNulty Day!

On this day, teachers will be wearing button-up shirts and bow ties (just like Dr. McNulty!), and we invite students to join in the fun by wearing a button-up shirt and bow tie too!

Let’s make this a day to remember by showering Dr. McNulty with lots of special notes and pictures! Your kind words and creativity will mean the world to him as he begins this exciting new chapter.

What an incredible way to close out Teacher Appreciation Week at Harvest Ridge Elementary.

On Friday morning, we treated our teachers to McDonald’s breakfast sandwiches to help start the day off right, and later in the day every teacher received beautiful plants and flowers generously provided by Down Home Ranch.

A very special thank you to Christine Chierichetti and Maria Baker for picking up the plants and flowers and helping bring them to our campus for our staff.

We also want to give a huge thank you to Crystal Chavez for helping coordinate the entire week and for everything she did behind the scenes to help make Teacher Appreciation Week so special for our staff.

This week was filled with so much love, support, and appreciation for our teachers, and we are incredibly thankful to everyone who helped make it special. Our teachers pour so much into our students every single day, and we hope they felt celebrated all week long.

Thank you, Harvest Ridge families and community, for helping us honor the amazing educators who make our school so special!



¡Qué manera tan increíble de cerrar la Semana de Agradecimiento a los Maestros en Harvest Ridge Elementary!

El viernes por la mañana, consentimos a nuestros maestros con sandwiches de desayuno de McDonald’s para comenzar bien el día, y más tarde cada maestro recibió hermosas plantas y flores generosamente proporcionadas por Down Home Ranch.

On Thursday, we popped into classrooms with a little treat for our amazing teachers 🍿

The Harvest Ridge PTA went door to door delivering customizable bags of popcorn to help make the day a little extra fun during Teacher Appreciation Week.

A very special thank you to PTA member Christian Peraza for preparing all of the popcorn bags, and to PTA members Maria Baker and Crystal Jaramillo for helping deliver popcorn around the school.
We are so grateful for everyone who helped spread a little joy to our teachers. Thank you for helping us celebrate the incredible staff at Harvest Ridge Elementary!

La PTA de Harvest Ridge fue salón por salón entregando bolsas de palomitas personalizables para hacer el día un poco más divertido durante la Semana de Agradecimiento a los Maestros.

Today was day 3 of Teacher Appreciation Week at Harvest Ridge Elementary, and we had so much fun celebrating our amazing teachers with a sweet surprise! 🍰
The PTA went door to door around the school handing out slices of cake for “Teachers Take the Cake,” and seeing the smiles, laughter, and excitement made our day. Our teachers work so hard every single day, and we love finding small ways to remind them how appreciated they are.

Thank you to all of our incredible teachers for everything you do for our students, families, and school community. You truly take the cake!



¡Hoy fue el día 3 de la Semana de Agradecimiento a los Maestros en Harvest Ridge Elementary y nos divertimos muchísimo celebrando a nuestros increíbles maestros con una dulce sorpresa! 🍰
La PTA recorrió la escuela entregando rebanadas de pastel para “Teachers Take the Cake,” y ver las sonrisas, las risas y la emoción hizo nuestro día muy especial. Nuestros maestros trabajan muy duro todos los días y nos encanta encontrar pequeñas maneras de recordarles cuánto los apreciamos.

Day 2 of Teacher Appreciation Week was a sweet one!

This morning, the Harvest Ridge PTA had the joy of serving muffins and coffee to our amazing teachers and staff. It was a small way to say thank you for the love, patience, and hard work they pour into our students every single day.

We are so grateful for our Harvest Ridge team!

Get ready for an evening of fun, food, and family time at Harvest Ridge Elementary’s Summer Fiesta! 🎉 Join us on May 7 from 5:30–7:30 PM at Harvest Ridge Elementary for a lively celebration featuring games for all ages, local vendors, delicious food trucks, and plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy.

Unlimited game bracelets will be available for $15 at the event, giving you access to nonstop fun throughout the evening. (Please note: face painting, vendors, and concessions are not included with the bracelet.)

Bring your friends, bring your family, and come make some great memories with us—we can’t wait to see you there!
