🌶️🤠 HABANERO OUTLAW SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: HENSLEY HOUSE! 🤠🌶️

We're excited to welcome Hensley House as a Habanero Outlaw Sponsor of the 6th Annual Hot Sauce Hootenanny!

Founded by Patrick Hensley, Hensley House is an Austin-based sober living community for men that believes recovery should be about more than just staying sober. It should be about building a life you actually LOVE living! ❤️

Their approach combines structure, accountability, mentorship, and brotherhood with something equally important - FUN!

From daily recovery commitments and employment to fitness, outdoor adventures, sporting events, and group outings, Hensley House creates opportunities for men to develop healthy habits, meaningful friendships, and confidence in their new lives.

Their residents enjoy everything from working out and playing pool to paintball, skydiving, and Longhorn games! 🏈

What we love about Hensley House is their understanding that connection and community are essential to lasting recovery.

That's something we believe in wholeheartedly at Simple Promise Farms. 🌱

Recovery is about discovering purpose, building relationships, learning responsibility, and finding joy in everyday life. It takes people and organizations willing to create those opportunities.

We're grateful for Patrick and the Hensley House team for doing exactly that!

And we're especially excited to have them join us in celebrating recovery at the Hootenanny, where we get to show our community just how much FUN life in recovery can be!

Thank you, Hensley House, for believing in our mission and stepping up as a Habanero Outlaw Sponsor! ❤️🔥

🌶️🎉 HABANERO OUTLAW SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: NOT A GLUM LOT! 🎉🌶️

We're excited to welcome our friends at Not A Glum Lot back as a Habanero Outlaw Sponsor of the 6th Annual Hot Sauce Hootenanny!

If you haven't heard of Not A Glum Lot, you're missing out on an organization that is changing the way people experience recovery!

Their mission is simple but powerful: show people that life in recovery can be FUN! ❤️

Not A Glum Lot is a nonprofit that creates opportunities for people in recovery to connect through free sober outings, recreational activities, and shared experiences. They're helping people discover that sobriety doesn't mean giving up adventure, friendship, laughter, or a good time.

And that matters more than people realize.

Especially in early recovery, learning how to have fun without drugs or alcohol can be a huge part of building a new life. Finding your people, trying something new, making memories, and realizing you belong somewhere can make all the difference.

That's exactly why we love what Not A Glum Lot is doing!

Their mission fits right in with what we're trying to create at Simple Promise Farms - a community where people can find purpose, connection, meaningful experiences, and opportunities to thrive.

They've supported the Hootenanny before, and we're so grateful to have them back again this year! 🌱

Thank you to Patrick Hensley and the entire Not A Glum Lot crew for continuing to show up for our recovery community, supporting the farm, and reminding everyone that recovery doesn't have to be boring!

We can't wait to celebrate with you at HOOT6! 🔥🌶️

🌶️🤠 JALAPEÑO RANCH HAND SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: NOLD INSURANCE 🤠🌶️

We’re excited to welcome Nold Insurance Agency back to the 6th Annual Hot Sauce Hootenanny, this year as a Jalapeño Ranch Hand Sponsor!

Based in Dallas and serving clients nationally, Nold Insurance Agency is an independent agency providing customized coverage for businesses, personal assets, life insurance, and addiction treatment organizations.

Their connection to the recovery field makes this partnership especially meaningful to us. Nold works with treatment centers, sober living homes, startups, nonprofits, and other organizations in behavioral healthcare, helping them navigate the unique risks that come with doing this important work.

And on a personal note, we can speak to the kind of service they provide! Clint Nold has taken care of our insurance needs for years, and we truly appreciate having someone we can call who will help us understand our policies, answer questions, and make sure we have the right coverage in place.

That same willingness to show up extends into the recovery community.

Nold Insurance has supported the Hootenanny before, and we’re incredibly grateful to have them step up again for HOOT6. Returning sponsors are a huge part of what allows this event to keep growing while raising support for the work happening at Simple Promise Farms all year long. 🌱❤️

Thank you, Clint and the Nold Insurance team, for believing in what we do, continuing to support the recovery community, and saddling up as a Jalapeño Ranch Hand Sponsor! 🤠🔥

We’re grateful to have you back!

🧠🌶️ HABANERO OUTLAW SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: BRAIN FOOD RECOVERY SERVICES 🌶️🧠

We’re excited to welcome our friends at Brain Food Recovery Services as a Habanero Outlaw Sponsor of the 6th Annual Hot Sauce Hootenanny!

Brain Food is an Austin-based recovery coaching group founded by Charlie Moffet and Justin Yoken to help individuals transition into meaningful, sustainable lives in recovery.

And they understand that recovery happens in REAL LIFE.

Their coaches work alongside clients on the things that can make such a huge difference after treatment - recovery accountability, employment, therapy, medication accountability, nutrition, exercise, budgeting, family relationships, self-care, and connecting with community resources.

They aren't just telling people what recovery can look like. Charlie and Justin bring their own lived experience in recovery to the work, combining that experience with years of working in the treatment and recovery field.

That approach really resonates with us at Simple Promise Farms. 🌱

Recovery is about building a life. It’s learning how to show up, work through challenges, take care of yourself, build relationships, become accountable, find purpose, and eventually realize that life can actually be FUN again.

We’re grateful for organizations like Brain Food that walk alongside people while they figure all of that out.

Thank you, Charlie, Justin, and Brain Food Recovery Services, for believing in what we do at Simple Promise Farms and for stepping up as a Habanero Outlaw Sponsor. We love having you as part of our recovery community and part of this year’s Hootenanny! ❤️🔥

💙🌶️ GHOST PEPPER SHERIFF SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OF TEXAS 🌶️💙

We are incredibly excited to welcome Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) as a Ghost Pepper Sheriff Sponsor of the 6th Annual Hot Sauce Hootenanny!

For more than 95 years, BCBSTX has been serving Texans and working to expand access to quality health care. Their commitment extends beyond health coverage and into the communities they serve through charitable giving, partnerships, volunteerism, and investments in programs addressing health and wellness, behavioral health, nutrition, economic opportunity, and other needs that impact the health of Texans.

That commitment to community means a lot to us at Simple Promise Farms.

We believe recovery is about so much more than simply getting sober. It is about rebuilding your health, finding purpose, creating meaningful relationships, getting back to work, reconnecting with your community, and having opportunities to build a life you are proud of.

The Hot Sauce Hootenanny gives us a chance to bring all of those things together while raising support for the work happening at the farm throughout the year. 🌱

Having an organization like Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas step up at the Ghost Pepper Sheriff level is a BIG deal for our little farm, and we are incredibly grateful for their investment in our mission and our community.

Thank you, BCBSTX, for believing in the power of healthier communities and for helping us make this year's Hootenanny something special! 💙🔥🌶️
