Help Us Put the Keys to a New Life in Her Hands
Last year, we gave a car away at the Hot Sauce Hootenanny.
At the time, it felt like we were giving a single mom in recovery a reliable way to get to work, get her kids where they needed to go, and keep moving forward.

Almost a year later, she sent me this:
“I was sitting here thinking about my life and how good my children have it, and a lot of things wouldn’t be possible without this car and the opportunity it provided.”
That’s when it really hit me.
We didn’t just give away a car. We gave a family opportunity.
We gave a mom one less reason to feel stuck.
A way to get to work.
A way to take care of her kids.
A little more independence.
And another tool to help her keep rebuilding a life in recovery.

This year, at the 6th Annual Hot Sauce Hootenanny, we want to do it again.
So I’m putting out a big ask.
Are there any car dealerships, business owners, or individuals out there who would be willing to donate a used vehicle for this year’s giveaway?
It doesn’t need to be fancy. A dependable cash car or trade-in that might otherwise head to auction could completely change the life of another mother and her children.
We already have a mechanic willing to go through the vehicle, make repairs, and get it safe and road-ready.

We just need someone willing to say, “We want to be part of this.”
