Pack 471 just had an overnight at NASA with 150 other scouts and parents from around Texas. They had a blast. More pictures to come but these kids (big and small) made rockets to blast off into space and did a robotics challenge with ping pong balls spherical robot and a variety of materials. We also got to observe where the astronauts train for the international spaces spacestation. Greatest way ever to end summer before start of new year.

Today our cub scouts posted the colors for the Pfluger Family Reunion. It was an honor to watch our scouts do this service for a long standing tradition in the Central Texas area. We are so proud of our AOl, Webelo, Bear, Wolf, and Tigers that this on our 250th anniversary of the USA. Thank you Pfluger Family!

This weekend we went to Inks Lake and they had an All abilities day on Saturday. So many fun activities including fly fishing...real fishing for catfish...lady bug..butterfly...ant education and archery and later star gazing with amazing telescopes to look at the night sky.
