Fish Fry Friday is Back!

Join us Friday, August 7, from 6:00–8:00 PM at the VFW for a delicious fish fry served by our local Scouts!

Each meal includes fish, all the fixings, a drink, and dessert, making it the perfect Friday night dinner.

Bring your family, enjoy a great meal, and help support both our veterans and our Scouts. Every meal purchased helps strengthen two organizations dedicated to serving our community.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us at the VFW 4th of July Celebration!

A special thank you goes to our volunteers, sponsors, vendors, entertainers, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make it all happen.

Also, we agree, the fireworks deserve a darker sky! Next year, we’ll be adjusting the schedule so the fireworks begin later in the evening, making the show even better!

We’re already looking forward to next year. Until then, enjoy a few of our favorite moments from this year’s celebration, and thank you for continuing to support the VFW, our veterans, and our community!

Remember to buy your fireworks at Finley Festive Fireworks! Located in the VFW Post 6115 Elgin parking lot. A portion of all sales goes to the VFW to support community events.
