Congratulation to two of our TSWS family. David Resnick was re-elected to the Dubuque City Council and Dr. Sarah Jacobitz-Kizzier was elected to the Dubuque School Board. Congratulations to them and to us as they support music and the arts in our schools and community. I am delighted despite the fact that they do not play the trombone.
