Today’s conversation was about looking inward. Sometimes we have to ask ourselves: What am I doing to prevent burnout? Am I setting boundaries? Am I creating the structure I need in my home and in my life?

Sometimes the change we’re looking for starts with us, And of course… we had the conversation over coffee & pastries GALORE!
