Property taxes shouldn't cost you your home. 🏠
If you're a Detroit homeowner facing a property tax bill you can't afford, there's help available. The HOPE program (Homeowners Property Exemption) allows eligible residents to reduce or completely eliminate their current year property taxes, but you have to apply to receive it. Many homeowners who qualify never file simply because they don't know the program exists. We can help you fill out your HOPE application so you don't have to navigate the process alone.
