The Morgan Adams Foundation Help kids and teens with cancer through childhood cancer research! www.morganadamsfoundation.org/give

The Morgan Adams Foundation raises money and awareness on behalf of children affected with cancer. Working with leading physicians, we directly fund pediatric cancer research and therapies which will improve survival rates and reduce the devastating side-effects cancer treatments have on our children.

Because of your continued support, our funded researchers are able to study childhood cancers in the lab using models that closely resemble a patient's actual tumor – allowing them to study more accurately, test more effectively, and advance new treatments more efficiently.

That's the promise of organoids – the topic of our latest Study Spotlight.

Organoids are three-dimensional cell models that help scientists better understand how cancers develop, grow, and respond to treatment. By providing a more accurate way to study the cancer, these models are helping researchers explore new treatments at a more productive pace – and move closer to more personalized care for children with cancer.

June is Cancer Survivorship Month. For us, it’s a time to celebrate the strength and resilience of kids who’ve faced cancer – as well as call attention to the lifelong and life-altering challenges that can continue long after treatment ends.

For childhood cancer survivors, beating cancer is just the beginning. Up to 80% of kids’ cancer survivors will face lifelong risks including secondary cancers, severe physical and cognitive challenges, heart disease, infertility, and many other serious late effects.

That's why investing in better, less toxic treatments and is so important. Kids, teens, and young adults with cancer deserve more than survival—they deserve the opportunity to live a long, healthy, and thriving life.

💛 Supporter Shout-Out: Amber Page, Denver Real Estate Consultant 🏡

We are continually inspired by our community members who make the time, effort and relentless dedication to our cause. And Amber Page is a shining example.

Amber’s daughter, Ivy was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma at age two. So she understands firsthand the challenges faced during a childhood cancer journey. Her passion for giving back has made a lasting difference for the children and families we serve.

Over the years, Amber has generously supported our mission through ongoing event sponsorships and, most notably, by creating the Homes for Hope Program. Through this initiative, participating real estate agents can pledge a portion of their proceeds from home sales to benefit The Morgan Adams Foundation, transforming every closing into an opportunity to fund critical pediatric cancer research.

We are beyond grateful for Amber – and her continued support and commitment to making a difference for kids, teens and young adults with cancer.

This past weekend, two of our Ambassador families represented The Morgan Adams Foundation as well as The Pediatric Task Force of the Colorado Cancer Coalition at the 2026 Survivorship Day gathering in Colorado Springs. We were thrilled to take part in this meaningful day of connection and support.

Being a pediatric cancer survivor can mean strength, courage, and hope. It can also mean living with lasting physical and emotional impacts from cancer and harsh, toxic treatments.

Survivorship is not simply “being done” with cancer; it is a lifelong journey that deserves recognition – and continued research. Because all kids, teens and young adults facing a cancer diagnosis deserve futures filled with health, joy, and the brightest possibilities.

Because of your generosity, The Morgan Adams Foundation is able to support two outstanding students this summer through the Gates Foundation Summer Internship Program (GSIP), an immersive research experience that connects talented young scientists with leading cancer research laboratories.

Please join us in welcoming our 2026 Morgan Adams Scholars, who will be partnered with MAF-funded researchers here in Colorado!

Dina is studying biology with minors in biochemistry and business at Georgia Tech. She is passionate about immunology, oncology, public health research, and hands-on scientific discovery. This summer, Dina hopes to expand her laboratory research experience, develop new technical skills, and continue exploring her interests in cancer research and medicine.

Stella is studying Quantitative Biosciences and Engineering with a minor in Public Affairs at Colorado School of Mines. Her academic and research interests focus on genetics, developmental biology, and integrating computational science into healthcare research. Through GSIP, Stella will work on engineering and testing CAR-T cells to treat solid tumors.

We are honored to support the next generation of kids’ cancer researchers – all made possible because of supporters like you!

This week, we were thrilled to welcome a few incredibly impressive students from Swigert International School on a lab tour at The Morgan Adams Foundation Pediatric Cancer Brain Tumor Research Program.

The experience was a culmination of their year-end project on health care equity related to kids with cancer. We were so inspired by their informed questions and true interest in the projects our researchers shared.

So exciting to watch the next generation of childhood cancer advocates start now!
