We hire women who have struggled with chronic unemployment and faced barriers to creating the future they deserve. Participants of our program receive full-time pay as they develop job readiness skills, discover their talents, and strengthen their confidence. With these stepping stones toward success, our graduates are able to support themselves and their families, serving as role models for future generations.

A couple of weeks ago, members of our leadership team visited the Leprino plant in Greeley, Colorado, to learn more about their operations and explore employment partnership opportunities with Women's Bean Project. We partner with a wide variety of employers to expand career pathways for women in our program and to work with companies that are interested in fair chance hiring. Leprino is very busy! At this plant alone, they convert 7,000,000 lbs. of milk into cheese and dairy ingredients per DAY. 🤯

We’re thankful for Colorado Coalition for the Homeless and their partnership in supporting the women in our program through free personalized health checkups and compassionate care. From wellness visits and blood pressure screenings to medication support, their team meets each person where they are and helps remove barriers to better health.
