Thank you to every pastor, ministry leader, disciple, volunteer, speaker, and partner who made the 2026 Resilience Conference such a meaningful time of worship, learning, and encouragement.

As we reflect on all God has done, we're already looking forward to sharing stories, testimonies, and moments from this year's gathering. Until then, thank you for being part of this community.

Over the years, demographics and market strategies have replaced long hours of prayer and the ministry of the word. A pulpit and a Bible have shifted to a stage with lights, perfect sound systems, and services made comfortable and entertaining so people would return and the numbers would prove success. In today’s Monday Motivator, we will be encouraged to uplift God's call to pastors to be shepherds rather than celebrities.

“Wisdom is Jesus Christ embraced, experienced, exemplified, and exalted in our lives and relationships.”

Leading well requires wisdom in both the decisions we make and the way we treat people along the way. As you consider the needs of your ministry, look to Jesus and allow His character to shape your response.

His humility, compassion, and faithfulness give direction to our leadership. Ask Him for wisdom in the conversation or decision before you today, and take the next step with a willingness to listen, learn, and obey.

“The transforming presence of the Holy Spirit is available and sufficient for every Christian.”

The demands of ministry can make us painfully aware of our limitations. There are conversations we don’t feel prepared for, decisions that require wisdom, and days when our strength runs low.

We can bring each of those needs before God and depend on His Spirit. As you serve today, take time to pray, attend to His Word, and follow His leading. His presence is sufficient for you as well as for the people you encourage.

“The Holy Spirit was given to glorify Jesus in our hearts, minds, and actions; in our homes and relationships; in our service, fellowship, and worship in His church.”

Every part of ministry offers an opportunity to make Jesus known. The way we lead a meeting, care for our families, respond to criticism, and serve our congregation matters.

Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in those everyday moments. As you prepare to minister to others, make time for Him to work in your own life. May the people you serve see Jesus through your words, your decisions, and your care.

What an incredible first day at Champion Forest! 🙌

We’ve heard powerful messages from Jeff Wells, H.B. Charles, and Alistair Begg—and taken time to pray in response to what we’ve heard. The Lord is doing more than imparting biblical information. He is bringing transformation as we seek Him together.

Thank you for praying with us and for us. There’s still more ahead, and we’d love for you to be part of it!
