MPVCD is hosting our “Friday Modern Contemporary Dance Classes for the Spring 26 Season.
We will be hosting some pop up classes as well.

This series is located at
Sweatshop Dance
403 16TH ST Mall,
Denver, CO 80202 (Second Floor)

The Location is off of 16th ST. Mall across from the Denver Pavilion
There are 2 ways into the beautiful downtown city space.

Up the elevator to the second floor.
or
(Recommended) Use the first Door closest to the corner on the Tremont Side, up the stairs to second floor. (The sweatshop banner is hung above the door)

These are open professional training classes for our company the focus is movement and energy.
We also use the class for AUDITIONS to the company. However this is not a driving factor for our class. If you do have interest let us be aware of your intentions.
The focus is to work out, and feel space and energy.

Hello Dance people..Mile High Dance Festival 2025 is Sat the 19
We will be featuring a new section to our piece “Chasing Air”

Mile high is a FREE celebration.
The festival returns to Benedict Park, on the corner of Logan and 20th, in the Uptown neighborhood.
Our kickoff begins at 2pm with food and retail vendors, youth performance and featured guest dance companies from the Denver area.

6pm Main performance includes:
