RESA Denver Metro Chapter RESA-Colorado is the local chapter of the national trade association for Professional Home Stagers.

The RESA-Colorado Chapter goals are to provide:

What we choose—and why—matters more than we think.

At our April RESA Denver chapter event, we had the opportunity to learn from an incredible stylist about how our daily choices are shaped by what we’re drawn to, what feels good, and what reflects who we are.

It clicked instantly…

In our homes, our “closets” look a little different—they’re our warehouses.

Why do we reach for certain pillows, artwork, or pieces over others?
Why do some items make it into more installs, while others stay behind?

It’s the same reason we all have that one top we wear on repeat.

Because it works. It resonates. It creates a feeling.

And in staging, that feeling is everything. It’s what helps buyers connect, remember, and ultimately fall in love.

Join us Wednesday, April 8th at 12:00 PM at Sarah Lewis’s warehouse for a fun and insightful event you won’t want to miss! 👚 👒

This month we’re welcoming personal stylist Monika Nielson, who will be sharing about Enclothed Cognition — the fascinating psychology behind how what we wear can influence how we think, feel, and show up in the world.

As stagers and designers, we understand the power of presentation in a space… and this conversation explores how that same principle applies to ourselves.

About Monika:
Monika Nielson is a first-generation purger with a heart for memories and community impact through thoughtful donations. She has helped hundreds of women over the years edit and organize their closets and create wardrobes that reflect who they are — right here, right now. Through color analysis, closet edits, style workshops, and personal shopping, Monika helps women feel confident and celebrated in how they show up in the world.

Lunch will be provided by the chapter.
