The project will create much-needed office space for entrepreneurs and small business owners at at who are ready to grow. In partnership with the and the Entrepreneurs’ Center’, The Windsor Companies is developing “graduation space” designed to help businesses take their next step without leaving downtown, according to Dayton City Manager Shelley Dickstein.
“As they grow and graduate out of The Hub, they need space that’s affordable—and many want to stay downtown. We want to keep them here,” Dickstein said.
