One of the largest and most successful fundraising organizations aiding HIV/AIDS, DIFFA is a non-profit service provider with chapters in Dallas, New York City, Chicago, Kansas City, San Francisco and Seattle. The Dallas chapter, formed in 1984, is the only HIV/AIDS organization in Texas that provides funding to local HIV/AIDS Service Organizations within our community. Alongside it’s national par

tners DIFFA Dallas has granted more than $50 million to front line HIV/AIDS Service Organizations providing direct care to those living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. Highlighting the design community, DIFFA Dallas hosts some of the most talked about events in Texas, including Burgers & Burgundy, The DIFFA Dallas Wreath Collection and House of DIFFA. is the founder and designer behind , a line she launched in 2017 that reflects her love of art, fashion, and timeless design. Originally from Los Angeles and now proudly calling Dallas home, Andrea balances life as a designer, entrepreneur, and mother while staying deeply engaged in the city’s creative community.

A longtime supporter of DIFFA Dallas, Andrea looks forward to each season as an opportunity to bring new people into the fold. For her, House of DIFFA represents a unique intersection of creativity and philanthropy—where designers, artists, and style enthusiasts come together in support of a powerful cause.

Her aesthetic draws inspiration from an eclectic mix of icons, from Andy Warhol and Karl Lagerfeld to Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Valentino Garavani, and Rachel Zoe—along with the lasting influence of her late mother.

Meet the 2025/26 Style Council Ambassador: April Vallee

describes themself as a Non-Binary EXPERIENCE, and that energy carries through everything they create. As a freelance fashion stylist, April sees no boundaries. Fashion is experimentation. It’s art in motion. It’s transformation. And you truly never know what to expect when they turn the corner.

As a Style Council Ambassador for DIFFA Dallas, April hopes to build awareness for the mission while being unapologetically themself and proudly representing the Trans and Non-Binary communities. For April, visibility and authenticity are powerful tools — and showing up fully is part of the advocacy.

Their influences are deeply rooted in the Earth — organic fabrics, minerals, plants, and flowers — often working with secondhand and vintage pieces to repurpose, reimagine, and reduce fashion waste. Sustainability, individuality, and expression go hand in hand.

A world-traveling flight attendant, Dallas Pride Grand Marshal, VACAYA Resort Director, and widely regarded as one of the strongest drag emcees in Texas, Liquor Mini knows exactly how to control a room, read the energy, and keep a show moving at full throttle.

Influenced by fashion powerhouses Billy Porter and Christian Siriano, Liquor Mini delivers presence, polish, and punchlines on demand. She’s graced stages from World Pride to Antarctica, and as a DIFFA Board Member and former Style Council Ambassador, she understands the assignment: keep it fierce, keep it fast, and keep the dollars flowing for the mission.

believes in making people feel welcome and celebrated — a mindset that naturally led her into a career in hospitality. As National Ambassador for Pernod Ricard Wines & Champagnes, she blends Midwestern charm with creative energy, building meaningful connections across Dallas and beyond.

Since moving to Texas in 2018, Elise has been inspired by the philanthropic spirit of the city and the powerful communities that can form even in a large metropolitan area. That sense of connection became even more meaningful when she and her husband welcomed their daughter in 2024 — reinforcing the belief that it truly takes a village.

As a Style Council Ambassador for DIFFA Dallas, Elise hopes to widen awareness of the mission by leveraging her professional network, hospitality expertise, and love of creating memorable experiences. For her, prevention begins with education, advocacy, and bringing people together with intention.
