Mr. Cormac Ryan, Ms. Tina Huang, Ms. Sienna Hamilton, Ms. Lillian Malone, Ms. Lily Wu, Mr. Michael Lee, and Mr. , Mr. Tanaviboth Ungwere all contributors to the final fertilizer "Recipe" that will hopefully power the growth systems in the first device.
The device has had many high school and college student's hands in the research to go from soiless biochemical kinetics to quantum kinetics or Biophysical Quantum Change to intervene in "Climate Change".
I call these youths "Research Assistants and Research Associates" because they deserve to be mentioned as "Observational Warriors"!
Real work, real results, we have a team of youth that learned how to isolate plant microbes that make up a portion of our Organic fertilizer! I've been working on this since 2010. Our Certificate Ceremony August 2025, Community College of Rhode Island, Providence Campus! We've been using "Hand's On" research base learning since 2020. A Certificate Program after summer camp either at URI or CCRI is a fitting conclusion of the camp after six intense weeks for middle schoolers and ten weeks for high school youth.
We want to thank the State of RI, the United Way of RI, Cox Charities, PrepareRI, Papitto Opportunity Connection, and the Rhode Island Life Sciences Hub for sponsoring our efforts for youth in Cross-Functional STEAM+C! Or what is called discipline-based education research (DBER) that we aim to improve upon After-School learning of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) disciplines using our STEAM+C philosophy!
Our workforce development and behavioral modeling process has catapulted our youth into learning and skills development or what I call "A Hand-Up, Not a Hand-Out" pathway for job and career advancement! GSET, Inc. is preparing to promote QPXR&D into the job and career building process through for-profit Additive Manufacturing!
