Leadership starts here!
This week at Camp Norse, Scouts are participating in National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT), learning the skills they need to become confident leaders in their troops, schools, and communities.

We're proud of these Scouts for stepping up and embracing the challenge. Thank you to the incredible youth and adult leaders who are guiding, mentoring, and inspiring the next generation every day.

Leadership is one of the most important skills that Scouting teaches to young people. We have an outstanding National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) Course in progress this week at Camp Norse this week.

Olivia DeGregorio, Eagle Scout from Scouts BSA Troop 24G New Bedford, MA, is the Senior Patrol Leader for the course and is doing a wicked awesome job!

Watch for 2 NYLT courses coming up in 2027 designed for up and coming youth leaders in your troop, crew, or ship.
