đź’” Urgent Update from Marigot, Haiti
This morning, a nearby neighborhood in Marigot was violently attacked by gangs. The local police station was burned, and eight people lost their lives—including the parents of two students at St. Dominic School.
Out of an abundance of caution, the school sent children home as fear and uncertainty spread throughout the community. Families are grieving. Children are shaken. And with exams just one week away, this disruption is deeply impactful.
Even in the midst of this, our school leadership is working tirelessly to support families, maintain communication, and keep students safe.
🙏 We ask you to keep St. Dominique's children, families and staff in your prayers.
If you feel called to help, your support today will provide stability, care, and critical resources for students and their families during this difficult time.
