🌱 URI Cooperative Extension Winter Agricultural Webinar Series (WAWS) — 2026 🌱

The Winter Agricultural Webinar Series brings together farmers, researchers, and industry experts from across the country to share practical, timely insights for commercial fruit and vegetable growers.

This year’s sessions will cover:
• Adapting to uncertainty on organic vegetable farms
• Improving soil health in greenhouse systems
• Growing vegetables in living mulch
• Using on-farm data to support better decision-making

Join us this Thursday night for the Annual Oaklawn Grange Tree Lighting. Starts at the gazebo at 6:00 pm. Festivities, pictures with Santa, music, and hayrides to follow at the Grange building located at v24 Searle Ave.

We're just a few days away from our NYC day trip. We still have some seats available. Join us as we visit the big apple this holiday season. You can see the iconic Rockefeller Christmas tree, Times Square, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Bryant Park, decorated store windows, shopping, lights, and so much more.
