Residents recently came together for a food drive benefiting the Northshore Food Bank, donating an incredible 275 pounds of non-perishable food for our community! Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make a difference, one can at a time. 🥫👏

On this Memorial Day, we remember all those who gave their lives — and we celebrate those who came home carrying the weight of that sacrifice ever since.

We are honored to share photos from our 4th Annual Louisiana Veterans Honor Medal Ceremony, where we recognized two WWII veterans alongside 7 other veterans whose service to our country is truly worthy of celebration.

Our sincere gratitude to Dr. Jerome Buller (Deputy Secretary, LDVA), Brig. Gen. Michael Cushman, Col. Karl Mapes, Fr. Steve Holzhalb, Rev. David Henry, and the Post 16 Honor Guard for their presence and dedication to honoring our heroes.

May we never take for granted the freedom they fought to protect. 🇺🇸
