A Grateful (and Belated) Thank You!

This post is long overdue, but the gratitude is as strong as ever! A heartfelt thank you to Vicky Drummond for the generous donation last Christmas. Part of your donation also helped two college students purchase their school uniforms. Your kindness has made a real difference in their academic journey, giving them the confidence and support they need to pursue their dreams. We appreciate you so much!

On this joyous Christmas eve, or 'noche buena,' we come together in the spirit of love and unity, much like the warmth of Thanksgiving celebrations in the US. IRIS CARES is humbled to have played a part in bringing festive cheer to over 20 families who needed it most, sharing the gift of love and care. 'We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.' With deepest gratitude, we thank the selfless volunteers Zaide Camacho Torres, Liomar Sabellano, my sister Faith, and to my generous friend GraceJacob Reed who helped make this moment possible, embodying the true essence of compassion, grace, and love that defines Christmas.

First and foremost, I praise the Almighty for empowering me to be a vessel of His divine love. Secondly, my heartfelt gratitude goes to my loving husband for his unwavering support, to my sister Faith and her husband Liomar, and I extend my sincerest appreciation to Vicky Moon, Mindy Chiang-Epstein, and Lou/Ampy Palmeri. The radiant smiles on the children's faces as they received their bicycles were truly priceless. This year, Iris Cares successfully gifted ten bicycles to deserving kids who bravely walk miles to school, undeterred by scorching sun or pouring rain. Your generosity has brought my dreams and the dreams of these precious children to life, filling my heart with eternal gratitude. May the joy of Christ's love overflow in your heart, just as you have generously poured it into the lives of these young souls. Wishing you a blessed Merry Christmas!!! ❤️❤️❤️
