❤️ THIS IS WHAT SERVING LOOKS LIKE. THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS TO BE THE CHURCH. ❤️

To every servant who worked our coat giveaway, donated, or prayed—THANK YOU! 🙌

Serving looks like showing up early, carrying boxes, hanging coats, handing out Bibles and biscuits, praying with someone, and staying to clean up. It’s giving your time and what you have to help someone else feel loved.

“But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” — James 1:22 KJV

This is putting our faith into action—taking the love we hear about in church and sharing it with our community. Every coat given, every Bible shared, every biscuit served, and every prayer offered was an opportunity to show the love of Jesus.

Some served face-to-face, and others quietly behind the scenes. God saw every act of kindness, every willing hand, and every prayer. Each of you had a part. ❤️

“Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” — Matthew 25:40 KJV

If you’re looking for a place to belong, come find your place with us! Join in as we love others, serve our community, and grow together in faith. There’s a place for you here. ❤️

We are so thankful to serve alongside you!

What a blessing our coat giveaway was! ❤️🙌

We gave out so many coats, Bibles, and biscuits, and had the privilege of praying with precious people in our community. We pray each person left feeling loved, encouraged, and reminded that God cares for them.

THANK YOU to everyone who donated, helped prepare, set up, served, prayed, and cleaned up. Every act of kindness helped make this day possible, and we are so grateful for each of you! ❤️

“Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” — Matthew 25:40 KJV

With grateful hearts,

🧥❤️ HELP US SHARE WARMTH & THE LOVE OF JESUS! ❤️🧥

Where God Leads Church’s 3rd Annual Coat Giveaway is THIS SATURDAY!

📅 Saturday, October 24
⏰ 8 AM–12 PM
📍 Cash Express parking lot in Livingston

The Bible calls us to put our faith into action:

📖 “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.”
— James 1:22, KJV

📖 “But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?”
— 1 John 3:17, KJV

A coat sitting unused in our closet could be the very thing someone needs to stay warm. What a simple, beautiful way to put God’s Word into practice! ❤️

We are still collecting NEW or gently used, clean coats and jackets for men, women, and children, along with hats and gloves. If you have something to give, please message me so we can arrange to get it before Saturday!

If you or someone you know needs a coat, please come see us. We’ll also have free Bibles, bottled water, sausage biscuits, and people ready to pray with you. Everything is FREE. ❤️

Please SHARE this post so we can reach those who need a little warmth and encouragement. Let’s love our neighbors through our words AND our actions! 🙌

🧥❤️ WE NEED YOUR HELP KEEPING OUR COMMUNITY WARM! ❤️🧥

Today I went to Goodwill looking for coats to put in our upcoming coat giveaway in Livingston. The coats I found were $10–$20 each. Then I went to Bethel Thrift, and the lowest-priced coats I saw were $15—and they went up from there. I was shocked!

My heart went straight to single mothers and low-income families. When you’re already stretching every dollar for groceries, rent, and utilities, how do you afford winter coats for several children at those prices—even secondhand?

This is why this giveaway means so much to me. Nobody should have to go without a warm coat. ❤️

Where God Leads Church is collecting NEW and GENTLY USED coats for our upcoming FREE Community Coat Giveaway!

🧥 All sizes needed—from children’s through adult men’s and women’s.
🧤 Hats and gloves are welcome, too!

Please look through your closets. That coat your child outgrew or the one you haven’t worn in years could be exactly what someone else needs. Please donate items that are clean and ready to wear.

You can also donate money, and we will do the shopping for you! Every donation will help us purchase coats for children and adults in our community.

📅 Next Saturday, October 24
⏰ 8 AM–12 PM
📍 Cash Express parking lot in Livingston

Message me, Barbara Green, to arrange a donation before the giveaway or to find out how you can donate money.

If you can’t donate, please SHARE this post so we can reach those who can help—and those who need a coat. Let’s love our neighbors in a practical way! ❤️
