Last month in Belize, caregivers who faithfully bring hope and healing to vulnerable children gathered for a time of renewal, encouragement, and training.

These are the beautiful feet of those walking alongside children and families, reminding them that they are seen, valued, and never alone. We are honored to support these dedicated caregivers as they continue this life-changing work.

We are grateful to share that all JOY Mukti Home girls, staff, and their immediate families are safe. However, friends and extended family within the Mukti community have been impacted by the devastating flooding.

For immediate emergency relief, we encourage giving to the Nepal Red Cross or Nepal’s Disaster Relief Fund.

JOY has also established a Nepal Flood Recovery Fund to help families connected to our Mukti community rebuild and recover in the weeks and months ahead.

While our hearts are broken by the devastation caused by the recent flooding in Nepal, we are deeply grateful that all of the staff, girls, and families connected to the JOY Mukti Home are safe.

Please join us in praying for those who have lost loved ones, for the families whose homes and communities have been impacted, and for all those across the world who are grieving tonight. May they experience comfort, strength, and hope in the midst of such tremendous loss.

We are excited to partner with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Evergreen to present Child Trafficking Education & Self-Defense Training!

Kids will learn how to recognize warning signs and stay safe, while adults will learn how to identify risks and better protect children. Everyone will also practice practical escape and self-defense techniques.
