Where do New Hampshire’s congressional candidates stand on biking, walking, and transportation infrastructure?

With Election Day coming up on Tuesday, November 3, Bike-Walk Alliance of New Hampshire (BWANH) is sharing information about the positions of congressional candidates on the ballot and the issues that affect how we bike, walk, and move around our communities.

As a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit, BWANH does not endorse, support, or oppose candidates for public office. Funding for this survey was provided by a grant from the League of American Bicyclists, which also does not endorse, support, or oppose any candidate for public office.

Our goal is simple: help voters make informed decisions. We encourage you to review the candidates’ responses, learn where they stand, and make your voice heard at the ballot box.

Get informed. Make a plan. Vote on November 3!

Heads up, walkers! Drivers are required to yield, but everyone plays a role in keeping our roads safe. Before stepping into the street, take a moment to look for approaching vehicles and make sure there’s enough time to cross safely. RSA 265:35, IV. 🛑
