We’re proud to introduce the first-ever Catalyst Cohort, an offering of our Impact Lab!

Catalyst was designed exclusively for nonprofit executive directors and grounded in the belief that strong leadership requires more than technical expertise alone. It calls for resilience, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and the ability to lead people and systems with purpose.

Over the next six months, these nonprofit leaders will engage in peer learning, adaptive leadership development, and collaborative problem-solving to strengthen both their organizations and our community.

The Impact Lab is generously supported by The Columbus Foundation, Installed Building Products, and The Wolfe Associates Fund.

Femergy® Connect is an intentional happy hour gathering created to bring women together for community, conversation, and support.

This is not a formal program or networking event. It is a relaxed space to connect with other women, share ideas, build relationships, and help shape what meaningful community can look like through Femergy®.

On our last day at Femergy Chica Camp our campers received awards from their Cabin Leaders to celebrate their growth throughout camp week 🥳🩷

We departed in our new Femergy Chica Camp gear ready to take on the rest of the summer! 🤩💛

Day 4 of Femergy Chica Camp took us to the outdoors 🍃💫

After a morning of nature bingo and capture the flag, we settled down for a sunset reflection by the lake where campers shared their experiences at camp, who helped them grow, and how they plan to spend the rest of their summer building off of this growth ☀️💛

Our evening ended with a campfire, volleyball, and more opportunities to reflect and enjoy new friendships 🩷
