Confidence can show up in lots of ways, and sometimes it looks like standing up for someone else. At Girls on the Run, girls learn to use their voices not just for themselves, but to support those around them.

In fact, 93% of alums credited Girls on the Run with helping them stand up for others, whether standing up when someone is not being treated well, saying something when they need help, or doing something when they see they can make a difference.

At Girls on the Run, girls build confidence while learning how to navigate big emotions and make meaningful connections.

They carry these lessons with them long after the 5K. Sometimes it’s as simple – and powerful – as remembering “you are enough, even on the days you don’t quite believe it yet.”

🍎 🥖 🥗 Fueling for the 5K is crucial! We're expecting a warm 5K weekend, so make sure to hydrate and fuel for success.

5K day will have coffee and breakfast items available at the Columbus Commons. Thanks to Columbus Coffee Co., Donna's Delicious Dozen, and The B Mobile for agreeing to keep our guests well fed and caffeinated.
