📍 One-Time Meetup Location Change!

This Saturday (8/8) we’ll be switching things up!

Instead of meeting at our usual location in the Short North, we’ll meet at Thurber Park before rolling over together to support the African American Male Wellness Walk.

This is one of Columbus’ largest community health events, and we’re excited to show up on wheels in support.

It’s finally happening!

After getting rained out in June, we’re excited to kick off the first Golden Hour Skate Session at Dodge Park!

Join us for an evening of skating, music, and community.

✨ Special features:
🛹 Cap City Quad Squad will be hosting a Skate Park Meet Up starting at 6:30 PM
🎥 Cosmic Rollerz will be filming throughout the evening
🎶 Soulful house music by DJ Smoove & DJ Ank from 7–10 PM

If you’ve been thinking about joining us for the Columbus Pride March on June 20, now is the time.

All wheels are welcome:

If you are not confident skating but would like to walk with the group in support, you can sign up too!

We’ll be rolling together in visibility, joy, and community as part of this year’s Pride celebration.

This summer, we’re bringing skating back to Dodge Park.

Last fall during SkateColumbus community meetings, one of the biggest things skaters asked for was more activation and care for the outdoor hockey rink at Dodge Park. With skyline views and the recently renovated skatepark next door, this space has so much potential, but it’s been underused for far too long.

We’re excited to share that we secured our first permit with Columbus Parks & Rec for a new summer series focused on community, movement, music, and showing what’s possible when skaters come together.

Join us for three free outdoor skate nights featuring soulful house music from DJ Smoov & DJ ANK, good energy, and space to roll together under the sunset.

Due to tomorrow morning’s rainy forecast, this week’s Saturday Morning Street Skate is cancelled ☔️

Since the beginning of April, we’ve met every Saturday morning to roll through Columbus in community. What started as a small weekly meetup has continued to grow into something really special, skaters, cyclists, skateboarders, beginners, longtime skaters, friends, and new faces all moving through the city together.

We’ll continue meeting every Saturday morning through the end of September, so if you haven’t made it out yet, there’s still plenty of time and opportunities to join us this season.

Thank you to everyone who has rolled with us so far and helped create such a welcoming, positive community each week.
