As we get closer to the festival, we can’t do any of this without the support of our local non-profits who are putting in the work day in and day out for the music makers, visual artists, and performers in our city.

Thank you Franklinton Arts District and Music Columbus for funding some of our performers and for being a pillar in the scenes that you serve.

Thanks to CAPA Columbus for letting us use your spaces surrounding the amazing Idea Foundry and for supporting the performing arts throughout Columbus.

And big thanks to Use Your Ears for being our non-profit partner and more importantly, for giving the youth and the adults in our community an outlet and a new found passion for songwriting.

2x2 doesn’t happen without the support of our local arts organizations. Get involved in their events, donate when you can, and let’s keep growing the music and arts in this city we call home.

The youth The Salvation Army in Central Ohio are incredibly creative! Watching the youth take and idea, turn it into a song, record it, and having fun the whole time is why we do this work. Thank you to Salvation Army and their team for trusting us to pour positivity into these young people. Always bigger than music. Confidence building and song mining is our specialty.

This summer, Use Your Ears partnered with The Salvation Army to give young people the opportunity to explore songwriting, music, creativity, and self-expression.

Throughout the summer camp, students worked together to write, create, perform, and bring their ideas to life through music. This video highlights the energy, talent, and voices of the young people who participated in the program.

We’re grateful to The Salvation Army & Jasmine Spitzer and her team for welcoming Use Your Ears into their summer camp and helping us create a space where youth could be creative, build confidence, and have fun through music.
