We are proud to introduce Vitality Public Health, opening our doors in February to serve our community with compassionate, integrated care!
Vitality Public Health provides comprehensive behavioral health and primary care services designed to support the whole person, mind and body.
Our services include mental health treatment, substance use recovery programs, outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) levels of care, as well as primary care services and ongoing wellness support.
Our mission is to expand access to high-quality, evidence-based care delivered with dignity, compassion, and respect. We are committed to meeting individuals where they are in their journey and helping them build lasting wellness and recovery.

Six words that shatter a million stories. Six words that mean something entirely different when the brain’s self-mirror cracks.

Anosognosia. Brain damage, not denial.

We built systems that punish people for having broken mirrors. Arrest symptoms. Call it stubbornness. Abandon families to exhausted wars they cannot win.

The brain breaks like bone breaks. We just forgot to believe it.
