Sunday Bible Verse With Brother Fluff

Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 (KJV)

“Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.”

The holidays remind us of peace, joy, happiness, grace, and love. It Is a Celebration of another completion of the yearly cycle, and a fresh outlook to a new year and a clean slate.

It Is also a time to look around and be grateful for all of those who stuck by our sides and made the journey with us.

We were never meant to walk alone as man.

Strength isn’t found in isolation.
Light isn’t carried by one man.
And no Brother stands taller by leaving others behind.

Two are better than one, because when one stumbles, another is there to extend a hand, not a judgment.

This is the heart of brotherhood.
This is why we labor together.
This is why we meet, build, and serve.

May we be the Brother who lifts.
May we never hesitate to ask for help when we fall. May we always praise God, for giving us the right people at the right time!

Had a great time at the Annual Christmas Party held at the York Country Club. Thanks the the brethren at York Lodge for hosting the event, and for Capital City Lodge joining us this year! It was great to join together in fellowship this holiday season.

Visited the VA medical center in Chillicothe today along with members of University Lodge and Capital City lodge.
Seven times a year three lodges from Ohio’s 14th District visit the veterans, bring snacks, and Pmay bingo or “horse racing” games. It’s great to personally give time as charity to defenders of our country.

Trip to George Washington Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia. Community Lodge 684 with New Engalnd 4 and University 631, all members of the Society of Washington Lodges, had a road trip to Alexandria, VA to see the George Washington Masonic National Memorial, conduct an Ohio Fellowcraft Degree in Alexandria Washington Lodge 22 and visit George Washington's home and grounds at Mount Vernon, VA.

We planned to have a Festive Board this year, but ran with the idea of doing it with Hawaiian Shirts. It was a lot of fun with no less than nine toasts.
