Ms Karyn here... This is from my home garden, but there is plenty of dill to share at the Granby Garden. Just watch out for swallowtail butterfly eggs or caterpillars on the dill (don't pick from those plants).
I have been setting rinsed dill leaves out on a dark sheet pan to dry in the sun. With the warm, sunny weather, it dries out in a few hours. Then mince the leaves and put them in a jar to use in your cooking.
