Join us at Killian Park on March 14 for Big Bruh Mentoring, a development event for teen boys ages 13-19.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from professional role models, helping to build confidence, character and life skills.

🚨 Traffic Safety Alert 🚨
RCSD’s Traffic Safety Unit will be conducting traffic safety checkpoints throughout the Lower Richland area on December 31st.
Our goal is to ensure drivers are staying safe and sober during the holiday. Please plan ahead, designate a driver, and always buckle up.

NEIGHBORHOOD NURTURERS. The County’s Neighborhood Improvement Program will soon host more free training sessions on the guidelines and application process for Neighborhood Enrichment Grants. The sessions will be from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 8 and Jan. 15 in the County Administration Building (4th-floor conference room), 2020 Hampton St., Columbia.

These workshops show residents and neighborhood groups how to access grant funding to use toward neighborhood improvements and events, such as a neighborhood cleanup, community garden, community resource fair or neighborhood block party.
