Rescue, Spay/Neuter, and Community Outreach: Making a difference one paw at a time! Angel’s Hope is an animal rescue and advocacy organization.

Our Rescue and Foster Program assists dogs in shelters and those living as strays. Our dogs are cared for by foster families until they are adopted into loving homes. Angel’s Hope often takes in dogs with extreme medical conditions such as those injured and paralyzed, dogs with life-threatening illnesses like parvo, and those that may need extra emotional care. This program reduces the number of d

ogs being euthanized due to time or space constraints at shelters and saves the lives of homeless dogs. We also recognize the importance of prevention, particularly in underserved areas where residents face poverty, lack of access to veterinary care for their pets, and other challenges in caring for them. As a result, we developed a Spay and Neuter Program that provides free vouchers to assist families with having their pets altered. To date, over 638 dogs and cats have been spayed/neutered! The Community Outreach Program helps keep pets in their homes and with their families by providing pet food and other resources to families facing hardships beyond their control. Angel’s Hope believes that working with pet guardians, communities, and other shelters and rescues will make a difference for dogs and cats in need, one paw at a time!

Thanks to our wonderful community, Kareem has received the neuter voucher he needed!

“Kareem was given to me as a gift from a friend. He is an energetic boy who loves to run and play with his toys. He loves watching TV with me, eating, and sleeping. Kareem has never been outside and is an indoor-only cat. He is my best friend and companion, and he has brought me so much joy.”

An empty cage.

No rescue story. No adoption photos. No emergency fundraiser.

Just a space that never had to be filled because someone chose prevention.

Every surgery helps one dog or cat today—but its impact can prevent countless animals from facing homelessness, neglect, or life in an overcrowded shelter tomorrow.

Meet B: a little dog with a big personality, an impressive guard-dog voice, and a couch spot that is absolutely not up for negotiation.

Her family says she thinks she’s a big dog, believes she’s in charge of security, and is really all bark. Most importantly, she is loved more than words can explain.

🔥 Today is National Pet Fire Safety Day! 🐾🚒

Did you know that home fires are the single most common disaster across the nation? An estimated 500,000 pets are affected by fires each year, and pets themselves accidentally start about 1,000 of those fires.

While we can’t always prevent the unexpected, we can take simple steps to protect our beloved four-legged family members. Prevention and preparation are key to keeping them safe!

Here are a few quick tips to help you prepare:
✅ Display a pet rescue window decal: Place a pet alert sticker on your front door or a visible window so firefighters know exactly how many pets are inside if you aren't home.
✅ Keep carriers and leashes by the exit: Make sure your emergency transport gear is easily accessible so you can evacuate quickly.
✅ Pack a pet "go-bag": Keep a bag ready with extra food, water, bowls, leashes, medications, and a current photo of your pet.
✅ Pet-proof your hazards: Extinguish candles when leaving a room and secure stove k***s so curious paws don't accidentally turn them on.

Most importantly, never leave your pets behind during an evacuation. If it's not safe for you, it's not safe for them.
