How do you get the jury to finally see the value of pain and suffering?

In a previous MAJ program, Shakétta Denson learned the Damages House methodology, a method to concretize abstract concepts into real, solid terms the jury knows and understands. Since then, she's put it to work - using the model to secure an $11 million D.C. jury verdict.
