This year, Coaltrain is celebrating 45 years of serving the Colorado Springs community, and we’re grateful to celebrate alongside them!

Thank you, Coaltrain, for sponsoring the Gala and helping us build communities that create impact. 🥂

Each year, we take this time to pull back the curtain and reflect on on where we've been, where we stand today, and the vision that continues to guide us forward. This year, that reflection carries even more weight, and we'd be grateful to have you with us as we share it!

Join us one week from today, on October 8 from 9-10am as we gather virtually for our Annual Impact Report. Reserve your spot for free at the link in our bio!

A full time job isn’t always enough to afford a home, and that's the reality facing too many of the people who keep our communities running.

At We Fortify, we’re working to change that through our Noble Division, building dignified workforce housing for public service professionals!

We believe the people who serve our communities should be able to afford to live in them, too.

A few favorite scenes from summer at Working Fusion Village☀️

Working Fusion Village is the first village of its kind, created specifically for housing insecure young adults ages 18–25. It’s more than a place to live; it’s a place where young adults can find stability, build relationships, and have the support and programming they need to take their next steps.

We’ve felt so much love and support from our community these past few weeks, and we’re incredibly grateful. 💛 Today, we’re feeling especially thankful for Mandy, Carissa, and their friends.

While volunteering at Working Fusion Village, they noticed a simple need: a place for residents to gather outside, share a meal, and enjoy time together. So they came together, pooled their resources, and gifted the Village a beautiful picnic table and umbrella!

This is the Power of We. It’s seeing a need, coming together, and each doing a little to create something that makes a big difference!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve felt so much love, kindness, and support from our community, and we’re reminded of how meaningful it is to gather together. This year’s Gala Not Gala will be a chance to come together, honor the work we share, and spend an evening in community.

A few weeks ago, we shared Violet’s Amazon wishlist as she prepared to head to CU Boulder to study neuroscience. We’re so excited to share that, thanks to this incredible community, everything on Violet’s wishlist has been purchased! You made sure she had everything she needed to settle into her new space and begin this exciting chapter feeling supported and cared for. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make that happen.

Thank you for believing in Violet, for investing in our residents and for showing up! We are so grateful for you.
