Thank you LEAD Learn Empower Advocate Discover for an amazing workshop last night!

Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM!

Location: 3835 Clifton Ave, Lorain Ohio 44055

This special event will focus on mental health awareness and supporting families of children with challenging behaviors in a fun, welcoming, and resource-filled environment.
Families attending can enjoy:
Delicious food
Interactive games and activities
Valuable community resources
Family engagement activities inspired by My Many Colored Days by Dr. Seuss
We are also pleased to welcome several community partners and presenters, including:

Help Me Grow Home Visiting
Mel from Meltdowns with Mel
Ohio Guidestone

In addition, families who participate in activities during the event will be entered into raffle drawings for exciting prizes, including a chance to win Sam’s Club gas cards!

Baby and Me yoga for caregivers and babies who are 6 weeks to pre-crawling!

Baby & Me Yoga

Join certified yoga instructor Jennifer Hanson-Smith for Baby & Me Yoga. This class will focus on strengthening the emotional and physical bond between you and baby. Class includes infant touch and various exercises that assist the development of your baby’s motor skills. Baby & Me Yoga will help carry you smoothly through the early months of caring for your new baby while creating movement yourself. Interactive songs and play will also be provided near the end of class. No yoga experience is required. All levels are welcome.

Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, water bottle and anything needed for baby.

This is a free class - donations are appreciated for our volunteer instructors.

Who: Ages 6 weeks to crawling babies with a caregiver
