🚨 CALL FOR VENDORS 🚨

We are inviting local businesses, artists, makers, community organizations, and other vendors to be apart of our upcoming Palestine Culture Festival! Come share your work and join us in connecting with the community and celebrating Palestinian culture.

📅 Date: September 20th, 2026
⏰ Time: 1-6PM
📍 Location: North Olmsted Park

Vendors will be charged a $75 fee that will go directly toward supporting Ashraf’s Clean Water Campaign. Through the support of the Cleveland Palestine Advocacy Community (CPAC), Ashraf’s campaign has been providing clean water, food, and other essential resources to more than 3,000 families in Gaza.

Eight Arab nations. One historic World Cup.

For the first time in FIFA World Cup history, eight Arab teams have qualified for the same tournament: 🇩🇿 Algeria, 🇪🇬 Egypt, 🇮🇶 Iraq, 🇯🇴 Jordan, 🇲🇦 Morocco, 🇶🇦 Qatar, 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia, and 🇹🇳 Tunisia.

Their World Cup histories tell the story of how far Arab football has come:

🇲🇦 Morocco — 7th appearance | Best finish: 4th place (2022), becoming the first Arab and African nation to reach a World Cup semifinal.

🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia — 8th appearance | Best finish: Round of 16 (1994).

🇹🇳 Tunisia — 7th appearance | Best finish: Group Stage.

🇩🇿 Algeria — 5th appearance | Best finish: Round of 16 (2014).

🇶🇦 Qatar — 2nd appearance | Best finish: Group Stage.

🇪🇬 Egypt — 4th appearance | Best finish: First Round / Group Stage.

🇮🇶 Iraq — 2nd appearance | Best finish: Group Stage.

🇯🇴 Jordan — 1st appearance | Best finish: Making history right now.

This moment is bigger than football. It reflects decades of investment, development, perseverance, and belief across the Arab world. From Casablanca to Baghdad, from Tunis to Amman, from Riyadh to Cairo, millions will see their colors represented on the game's biggest stage.

Nadeen’s outstanding work in media and storytelling, alongside George’s dedication to the arts and preservation of history, reflect the depth of talent, creativity, and impact found throughout our Arab American communities. Both have also generously served on the board of Arab Americans of Cleveland – Young Professionals Network, helping strengthen and grow spaces that empower and connect our community.
