For 24 years, WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS OF AMERICA (WEA) has been dedicated to empowering, educating, and uplifting underserved and disadvantaged women business owners. To mark this milestone, we are returning to where our journey first began: Cleveland, Ohio.

We are excited to host the 24th Anniversary Gala Networking Mixer 2026 on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This special evening will bring together community leaders, entrepreneurs, and supporters to celebrate nearly two and a half decades of service, highlight woman-owned vendors, and foster connections that drive future economic growth.

This fall, you’re going to see a different side of 💋.

After more than 23 years of building businesses, leading women, developing organizations, and navigating entrepreneurship, I’m becoming more intentional about sharing what I know, what I’m building, and what I believe women entrepreneurs need to grow sustainable businesses.

This fall, my content will center around three pillars:

Business Infrastructure
Helping women move beyond simply being visible and build the structure, systems, and foundation their businesses need to grow.

Strategic Visibility
Positioning yourself as an authority, creating the right opportunities, and turning visibility into relationships, clients, partnerships, speaking opportunities, and growth.

Focus-Driven Leadership
Showing women entrepreneurs how to utilize resources practically to save time, strengthen operations, increase productivity, and build smarter businesses.

You’ll also see more of my perspective as a Founder in Transition, an association leader, business strategist, and woman who has spent more than two decades doing this work.

The Month of November begins a new chapter.
