🐾NEWBIE ALERT!🐾

Please help us welcome the two newest faces at Red Barn Rescue — Mark and Farrah! ❤️

Mark is a handsome 1-year-old, 39-pound bully mix comes equipped with EPIC ears and a whole bundle of playful energy! We have a feeling this fun-loving boy is going to keep us entertained!

Farrah is a beautiful 2-year-old, 35-pound spaniel (or maybe setter?) mix is ready to put her past behind her and start a brand-new chapter. We're excited to help this lovely girl find the happy life she deserves! 💕

Mark and Farrah just arrived yesterday, so we're still getting to know their personalities. Both will need to complete their veterinary care before they're adoption-ready.

BUT... you know what would make their fresh starts even better? A FOSTER HOME!

As always, we'd much rather see these sweet newcomers settling into loving foster homes while they wait for their forever families than spending that time at the barn. BONUS - It opens up a kennel for us to save another dog from the euthanasia list at an area shelter!

That BIG smile you get when you score a foster home! 😁🐾❤️

Foxy hit the jackpot this weekend when he headed off to a foster home, and we think his smile says it ALL!

This adorable little guy is 3-5 years old, neutered, and just 20 pounds of cuteness! 🥰

We're so happy Foxy gets to enjoy some of the comforts of home while he waits for his forever family. A HUGE thank you to his foster for giving him that opportunity!

The weather may have started out questionable, but the sun came out for a beautiful Yappy Hour at Deep River Brewing Company! ☀️🐾🍻

It was a quieter afternoon at the brewery than we'd hoped due to the weather, but Misty, Baxter, Lila, Buddy, and Zuri still enjoyed getting out and about, soaking up some sunshine, and lovin'! ❤️

Rocky Red wasn't able to join us this time, but we're sure he'll catch the next one!

It's a good afternoon when you're surrounded by dogs! 🐶❤️ And we are thankful for the donations!

Wiggles, Love & Beautiful Eyes! Let's find this beauty a foster or forever home!

Miss Tori is a sweet and affectionate 1–2 year old Boxer/Aussie mix with a personality just as beautiful as her unique, multicolored eyes!

After spending some time on the streets as a stray, Tori is still a little on the thin side, but she's flourishing at Red Barn Rescue! This happy girl wiggles her whole body with excitement whenever it's her turn for a walk or some one-on-one time with a volunteer.

Tori has lovely leash manners, enjoys running and exploring in the play yard, and is friendly with other dogs. She hasn't shown much interest in toys just yet, but she's certainly interested in spending time with people! She is dog friendly, but will chase cats and chickens, and barks at horses, so she will be perfectly happy as a city dweller rather than a farm pet!

And can we talk about those EYES! Tori has the most mesmerizing multicolored eyes that are nearly impossible to capture in photographs. You'll just have to meet her in person to appreciate how truly unique and beautiful she is!

🐾20 pounds of Puppyish Charm!🐾

Foxy looks a great deal like a Red Golden Retriever... only tiny! He is fully grown, weighs just 20 pounds, and is estimated to be between 3 and 5 years old. Despite being an adult, he still has a playful, puppyish personality! From his pointed nose to his curly tail, he is absolutely adorable!

Foxy very much wants to be a face-kissing lap dog, and he never misses an opportunity to climb into someone's lap! He is easy to walk and seems to enjoy the company of dogs similar in size, but he can be nervous when larger dogs approach him. However, once he realizes they are not a threat, he will usually accept their company. Foxy enjoys the play yard and going for walks, but what he really loves most is spending time with his handler.

Foxy came to the shelter from a neglectful home with "too many dogs." He is heartworm positive but is currently undergoing treatment. He also needs to gain a little weight, but he is eating well and is on his way to better health!

This adorable little fellow has so much love to give and is ready to find a family of his own! He's looking for a foster home or forever home, and you can meet him by applying at redbarnrescue.com!
