Today, we give thanks for all fathers and father figures who have helped shape our lives with their love, guidance, strength, and support. We celebrate dads, grandfathers, stepfathers, godfathers, uncles, mentors, and all those who have embraced the role of a father through their care and example. Their presence has made a lasting difference in the lives of so many. We also remember with love those fathers who are no longer with us. May God bless all fathers living and deceased, and may He continue to strengthen those who lovingly guide and nurture others each day. Happy Father's Day from all of us at St. Agnes.

Today marks the Summer Solstice, the official first day of summer and the longest day of the year. As the days grow warmer and many of us slow down to enjoy vacations, family gatherings, and time outdoors, it is also a wonderful opportunity to pause and appreciate the beauty of God's creation all around us. May this season be filled with moments of joy, rest, renewal, and gratitude. Whether you're traveling, spending time with loved ones, or simply enjoying a sunny day, may you find opportunities to refresh your spirit and recognize the many blessings in your life.
Wishing everyone a safe, happy, and faith-filled summer!

Sometimes we want God to show us the entire path before we take the first step. Instead, He often asks us to trust Him one step at a time. Faith is not knowing exactly where the road leads. Faith is believing that God is leading us there. No matter what challenges, questions, or uncertainties you may be facing today, remember that God is already there. Trust His timing, trust His plan, and trust His love.

As a new week begins, place your trust in God. You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly what tomorrow will bring. God walks beside us through every challenge, every joy, and every uncertainty. Take a deep breath, say a prayer, and remember that His grace is there for you today. Wishing you a blessed Monday and a faith-filled week ahead.

Today we celebrate Flag Day, honoring the American flag as a symbol of the freedoms, opportunities, and shared values that unite us as a nation. As we reflect on the stars and stripes, we remember the generations of Americans who have worked, sacrificed, and served to preserve the blessings of liberty. We are grateful for the men and women of our armed forces, first responders, and all those who continue to serve our communities and country. May we take a moment today to pray for our nation, for its leaders, and for all who call America home. May we continue to work together with respect, compassion, and hope for a brighter future. God bless the United States of America.

On Saturday, June 13, we celebrate the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a beautiful feast that reminds us of Mary's deep love for God and her unwavering devotion to Jesus. Mary's heart is a model of faith, humility, compassion, and trust. Through both the joys and sorrows of her life, she remained faithful to God's plan and continues to guide us closer to her Son. As we honor the Immaculate Heart of Mary, let us ask for her prayers that our own hearts may be filled with love, peace, and a greater desire to follow Christ each day. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.

On the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, we reflect on the endless love, mercy, and compassion Christ has for each one of us. The image of the Sacred Heart reminds us that Jesus meets us with patience in our struggles, comfort in our pain, and joy in our blessings. His heart is always open and is calling us to love more deeply, forgive more freely, and live with greater faith. In a world that can often feel rushed and divided, the Sacred Heart of Jesus stands as a reminder that we are loved beyond measure. May we carry that love into our homes, our parish, and our community each day. Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.
