According to Fox, a police informant who was r**ed during an undercover drug purchase in Louisiana is suing her police handlers for failing to properly monitor her, which she claims caused her to be s*xually assaulted.

The lawsuit states that officials, Rapides Parish sheriff’s deputies, “coerced” her into becoming a confidential informant following her arrest on felony drug charges. She said they neglected to keep her safe and “protect” her when the undercover drug buy went left. Fox reports that the s*xual assault happened in Jan. 2021. The reported assaulter, Antonio D. Jones, was sentenced back in Nov. 2022 and sentenced to 10 years.

During the undercover operation, the unidentified woman was sporting a hidden camera that filmed Jones forcing her to give him oral s*x. At a point, he stopped and reportedly did another drug deal. Officials waiting close to the scene were scared that the woman was in the “stash house” too long, which was where the attack happened. One official even thought about going inside before allowing the undercover operation to “play out.”

Lt. Mark Parker, a retired deputy, informed The Associated Press last year that the sheriff’s office didn’t begin using gear that's able to film in real-time until after the woman‘s attack. He told The Associated Press, "We’ve always done it this way. She was an addict, and we just used her as an informant like we’ve done a million times before. Looking back, it’s easy to say, ‘What if?’"

Retired P***o Star Ron Jeremy Deemed Unfit For R**e Trial Due to “Severe Dementia”⁠

New Jersey Landlord Gave Tenants Two Options: Have S*x Or Face Eviction⁠

A landlord is being accused of making tenants who couldn’t afford rent have s*x with him in a bizarre s*xual solicitation plot.⁠

was arrested back in June 2021, though he was not indicted until Thursday. The Prosecutor’s Office says the now 75-year-old spent years forcing male and female tenants to have s*x with him in exchange for rent discounts. In some cases, tenants facing eviction were faced with homelessness if they did not give in to his s*xual demands.⁠

This latest years-long investigation conducted by the and led by the Prosecutor’s Office’s Special Victims Unit uncovered that Centanni s*xually assaulted his tenants from at least 2013 up until 2020. His victims ranged in age from 22 to 61 and lived in various units across his hundreds of rental properties. Centanni would often offer financial assistance to those struggling.⁠

Centanni is currently free on bail but has been ordered to wear a pretrial monitor. He faces a mountain of charges outlined in his 42-count indictment, including 19 counts of fourth-degree criminal s*xual contact and 23 counts of second-degree s*xual assault.⁠

An American couple is facing the death penalty in Uganda after being charged with child trafficking and torturing one of three foster kids from a Christian ministry there in their care.

Nicholas Spencer and wife Mackenzie Leigh Mathias Spencer, both 32, have been in custody since Dec. 9 after neighbors in the capital, Kampala, reported their alleged torture to police.

They moved to the East African nation for humanitarian work in 2017, fostering three children the next year from a ministry in Jinja City. 

That included the alleged victim, a 10-year-old boy who went to a special needs school.

The Spencers constantly tortured the boy from 2020, which attracted the attention of neighbors.

The couple kept the boy barefoot and “naked throughout the day,” and “would occasionally make him squat in an awkward position, with his head facing the floor and hands spread out widely.”

He was also forced to sleep on a wooden platform without a mattress or bedding and only was fed cold meals from the fridge.

The Spencers were initially charged on Dec. 9 with aggravated torture, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison. They have pleaded not guilty to that charge.

This week, they were hit with an additional charge of aggravated child trafficking, which carries the death penalty if they are convicted, the state prosecutor said Wednesday.

A Jesuit priest who is reportedly close to Pope Francis has been accused of s*xually assaulting several nuns in his convent and allegedly inviting two nuns to partake in a “Holy Trinity” th*****me, NY Post reported.

Marko Ivan Rupnik, 68 is being accused of s*xual abuse by a former nun who claims the priest has been using “psycho-spiritual” control to take advantage of multiple nuns in the church for decades. The former nun told the Italian newspaper Domani that she was forced to watch p***ographic films and have “group s*x sessions” that he claims had “religious significance.”

“Father Marko started slowly and sweetly getting inside my psychological and spiritual world, exploiting my uncertainties and fragility and using my relationship with God to push me into s*xual experiences with him,” The former nun told the outlet. She said that during her time at the Slovenian, where Rupnik was a spiritual director of a convent, he assaulted her from 1987 to 1994. She said Rupnik “groomed her,” had s*x with her and intimidated her into staying quiet about the abuse. Rupnik abused as many as 20 women, according to the woman.

Rupnik who is reportedly close to Pope Francis and has also created mosaics for churches including a papal chapel at the Vatican reports state. When allegations came forth that Rupnik did indeed assault several women of the church, he was excommunicated from The Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. However, he was quickly welcomed back into the church because according to the congregation, which is led by other priests, “the cases fell outside the statute of limitations and were too old to prosecute because they mainly took place in the ’90s,” reports state.

Recy Taylor was r**ed on September 3, 1944 by six white men. Taylor born on December 31, 1919 was a sharecropper who grew up in Abbeville, Alabama.

On September 3, 1944, Taylor was walking home from Rock Hill Holiness Church with a friend and her son. During the two-mile walk the pair, was stopped by men in a green Chevrolet truck. The men forced Taylor and her friend was forced into the car at gunpoint, blindfolded, and drove her to the middle of a forest, where each r**ed her. After the r**e, they brought Taylor to the edge of town left her there. After her father found her, the women both went to Three Points police station where Taylor told Sheriff George H. Gamble what happened.

After describing the car, the sheriff was able to locate its owner, Hugo Wilson. Wilson was taken into the sheriff’s office, and Taylor identified him as one of her attackers. Wilson named the other men involved, however, Wilson said there had been no r**e because they paid Taylor for s*x. Wilson was never arrested. To intimidate Taylor, her house was firebombed, forcing her family to move in with her father and siblings. The r**e left Taylor unable to have additional children. She and her husband eventually separated in the 1960s, shortly before his death. Taylor continued sharecropping in Abbeville until she moved to Florida in the 1965. Her only child, Joyce, died in a car accident in 1967.

Although Taylor failed to get justice in 1944 and 1945, her courage in speaking out against her rapists encouraged other black women who had been s*xually abused to report the incidents, and her actions helped inspire others in Alabama and across the South to speak out against racial discrimination. In 2011, the Alabama legislature passed a resolution giving Taylor an official apology.

Taylor died on December 28, 2017, in Abbeville, Alabama at the age of 97.

A California woman allegedly drugged and strangled her stepfather after finding n**e photos of herself on his computer, NY Post reported.

Jade Janks, 39, is on trial for the murder of her stepfather Thomas Merriman, 64, whose body was found under a pile of trash at Solana Beach, California in 2021. Janks, who is the co-founder of the research nonprofit Butterfly Farms and an interior designer in California, pleaded not guilty to the murder in Vista Superior Court this week.

However, according to prosecutors, Merriman’s death was “no accident” but “murder by design.” San Diego County Deputy District Attorney Jorge Del Portillo said Janks drugged Merriman with sleeping pills after discovering n**e photos from a decade ago on Merriman's computer, “one of which he reportedly used as his screensaver,” reports state. It is unclear how Merriman got the photos.

Prosecutors claim they have text messages directly linking Janks to the murder. “I just dosed the hell out of him. Stopping for whiskey then at Dixieland to stall. LMK,” Janks allegedly texted another man the day of the murder, according to Del Portillo. She later wrote, “He’s waking up,” according to NBC San Diego.“I really don’t want to be the one to do this.. I am about to club him on the head as he is waking up,” another text read. Janks allegedly called someone to help her and that person notified authorities the next day, prosecutors said. _________________________________________
Attorneys for Janks, say she's innocent and that Merriman died from poor health and “his own cocktail” of drugs. “You will not find any evidence that he was strangled to death,” Janks’ attorney, Marc Carlos told the jury, per the outlet.
