The reporter, a neo N**i named Jim.T, is a man using a deceased Philadelphia Doctors' credentials. Managers Mark and Lawyer Jennifer Newstead are fraudulently claiming it has been reported as an impersonator. He's been working for them for over a year, attacking Jews and Maga Republicans on Signal, Instagram and Facebook.

They're lying mother f*ckers. Joseph Laberge the energy transfers from the source of hydrolysis of water into the released hydrogen and oxygen, which Hydrogen behaves analogously to a storage battery. Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe. Mining, fermenting, refining and converting oil into gasoline uses roughly the same amount of energy. The analogy applies. You're being one sided if you suggest high energy expenditure. Aluminum catalysis and newer methods fur requesting energy from H such as fuel cells and direct combustion, produce no pollution, and refueling with hydrogen is as fast or faster than petroleum products. I'm sorry it's offends the Rockefeller over their inability to monopolize it the way they did fossil fuels, Coal, NstGas and petroleum but Im sure they'll figure out a way and stop bidching and moaning like that. It, Hydrogen, becomes the 4th alternative fuel to C, O,NG, once it's production and delivery infrastructure is complete. It will prolong petroleum auto use indefinitely, being slightly more costly and requiring further engine and fc development. Y'all should be happy. The word "transfer" is used figuratively. It's easier and cleaner. Helium 3 is also available in the future which in Helios reactors (Helium 3 powered) will make hydrolyzing H a lot cheaper. He3 is found in vast abundance on the lunar surface, hence all the interest in returning to the moon. It's a kind if gold mine, done properly. Right now, Elon Musk is positioned best to capitalize on digging it off the lunar surface and returning it to earth. I seen to recall that 1200 lbs of it produces quite a useful reaction mass.

The long term reaction mass use of HE3 greatly outpaces, in value, the cost of sending a future Falcon Heavy Lifter to lunar orbit to bring it home, all factors in included. The larger the payload, the better. Elon is very bright! Jeff Bezos also has his eyes on the prize at Blue Odyssey.

One Cory Cobb-Bey posted threats against the police on FACEBOOK and X, for weeks, including videoing himself interviewing police officers in a harassing manner. Then, after posting a notice "something is going to happen", last night he stalked Officer Darren Burkes and ended his life. Cobb-Bey then waited for two first responders, wounding them both, one female officers with bad face wounds, both had to be hospitalized for treatment. Cory-Bey then led a chase down the local highway, stopped in a nearby community and then shot at the police, and was killed. This is a terrifying example of why we need better coverage by Police, and the budget to do it: as human nature such as that of Cory Cobb-Bey is often an exercise in horror and homicide and costs the lives of those who run into the face of trouble rather than fleeing: Our POLICE!

Darren Burkes was a highly respected Math Teacher, and a Big Brother mentor to numerous children in his school, as well as a cop, who entered the Academy only a year ago. Tragic and sad. Too many are resorting to violence, particularly against police, than ever.

This was an assassination. Horrifying.

we had a great show lastnight, on the American Patriot Civil DefenseNet, this time focusing on how the FBI framed Dr. Bruce Ivins, at Army Ft. Detrick, an area of my responsibilities, on my job, to cover up the real Anthrax Attacker, Larry Wayne Harris, an Ohio member of the A***n Nations, a microbiologist with a track record for Eyere Pestis, Ebola and Anthrax wrongdoing. Ivins was a bit on the paranoid side and when the FBI announced that they were indicting him, he took his own life. Which, of course, the FBI thought meant he was guilty. Turns out he wasn't, he was just scared of the FBI, who'd run his shopmate at Fort Detrick, through hell, Dr. Steven Hatfill. Both were responsible for maintaining Anthrax samples and dispensing them to Microbological researchers, so it was impossible for him to prove he didn't have access. Shame on the FBI for framing him, the lazy buggers. Larry Wayne Harris later confessed, but as a SNITCH for Robert Mueller, he was protected and thus unprosecutable. But as a result, his A***n friends realized he was a SNITCH, so they sent him on a su***de transport run, where he died in gunfire.

After all this time, Colleges haven't gotten any classier, just look at the a-holes at UCLA! So, I was expecting to get my perennial Rutgers Alumni Association Card in the mail when THIS arrived by email, as a link I could print a paper copy if I wanted one. Its been almost 50 years since I graduated from Rutgers, New Brunswick, after five years in "Ruptures, the State Hernia" as we used to jokingly call her. I remember eating at the Tumult y Pub and covering games for the Rutgers Targum, and attending Rutgers Swim meets for my long time pal Mack Morton, a phenomenal breast stroke swimmer, held the Rutgers pool record for quite a few years. We'd gone to Rutgers Prep School together and were "friends for life". And living in the dorms, Metlar, Tinsley, the Quad, and on Hamilton Avenue, where I woo'ed my first wife, Betsy. Great Memories.

So, there I was expecting a new Rutgers Alumni Card, you know "on the Banks of the Raritan", when abruptly all I got was a link to the Rutgers University Website, where the attached, all filled out WITH MY NAME, was awaiting me. Geez Alou! Things seem to get cheapened as most high tech comes into play.

So this is what I paid all those thousands and thousands of dollars for, my diploma and this paper card? 🤣🤣🤣

Please dismiss in entirety the state's case 2-23-cr-00010-HCN against all defendants:

The principle Government assertion at para. 3.2.2 of case document 148 dated USA v Dr. Kirk Moore, et al, dated 4/24/24:

It is false to have asserted --
"Defendants (and those they sought to protect) can not show that they are..." in essentially imminent threat of serious bodily harm is, unfortunately, a wholly incorrect and perjuress material basis for the prosecution. It is simply the case that the CDC and FDA have not published accurate exposed of the serious injuries being caused, and they are serious: including sudden morbidity, by these drugs. The numbers are quite large, vastly exceeding the standard for drug black box recall removal and the special handling of these drugs under the former pandemic rules, has allowed the drugs to be used anyway, despite lack of full clinical trials which, had they ever been performed and passed, would be material in support of the Government's case. Their avoidance by the makers and regulators pulls the rug out from under the Government's case, particularly as to malpractice were Moore et al to actually dispense them as a licensed physician. The false certificates are conduct incorporated, based upon the Government's improper mandate, given the danger associated with these injectable drugs. And they are very dangerous, comparatively. Particularly in terms of time delay to symptoms and to symptomatic morbidity and life long or permanent injuries.

Under ordinary circumstances, these drugs would have been permanently forced off the market, due to their potential lethality and proven injurious nature. I'm not going to swing at you with the science, but the causality of injury is omnipresent and in large numbers. The irresponsibility: rests with us, the government, not with Dr. Moore or his colleagues. It is our fault that Moore et al felt motivated strongly enough to risk everything to protect his and their patients. We failed them. And we are not alone.

Their behaviors rises only to the level of an excusable, defensive, single alleged misdemeanor, and should not be punished: so as to send a message to the vaccine makers to fix their products or expect no patients if they don't, in the future.

There is a long and tiresome story about which causes for what side injuries and death, Preside, and it is not a pretty one. Too many have died. There is an even longer historical story of the history of these drugs' Genesis. The law at the time could not have had the benefit of today's awareness of the morbidity and injuries caused by these singularly ineffective drugs, much of which stems from Covid's accelerated rate of mutation, nullifying underlying gene and chemical/enzvamatic pattern matching by the alleged immunological response inducing reactants in the drugs, such as the makers are falsely purporting.

Nonetheless dismissal WP is warranted. Please consider immediately doing so. The government has submitted a knowingly perjuress petition. And all else rests upon it.

All else collapsed in the face of its deceit.

The dependents may have appeared to have behaved improperly, but the doctrine of necessity rises to their defense, soundly. They protected their patients from unsound, dangerous, Russian roulette bad medicine and bad science, only more recently learned of. This prosecution is an extremely unsound, baseless and needless one. The point is now moot, Dr. Moore and his colleagues were right to fear patients being injured or killed. And with no visibly alternative method to protect them..

Good medicine rests on certainty of outcome. Not a 3 Card Monte System of dangerous defects in design and manufacture, and poorly conceived regulations placing the public in a catch 22. Please consider D/WP!

Anyone in NJ having a FIOS outage since about exactly 12:01 AM midnight? One of my family members is, and notes

A. Fios 24/7 Customer Service is no longer available, only repeated automated test and restart commands sent over and over, over the phone, with no way to reach anyone after hours. Not even a live chat.

B. Her MyFIOS app is apparently going away and no longer has a live chat, nor does the internet nor is there priority service 24/7 access. So shes paying for premium service but it no longer is being offered by FIOS (Verizon). Hmmm...

That's brutal. A company that size withdrawing services. Sounds very Rockefeller to me. This is the third time in a month it all went down at 12:01 AM exactly on a Sunday night. and no way to find out what happened nor eta to repair. She's been down for a whole day each time. Worse, she needs the service as she is a virtual worker and has to have high speed Internet. So it's costing her money every time this happens.
